We want you to understand exactly how your order will be shipped. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time. The shipping address must be a valid physical address within the USA (no P.O. boxes for certain carriers – please contact us if you have restrictions).

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer only Standard Shipping for all orders. We do not offer express, overnight, or priority shipping options. Shipments are typically handled by USPS, FedEx, or UPS based on package size and destination.

Delivery Timeframe (Estimated): Once your order leaves our facility, standard delivery typically takes between 3–8 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on every order. There are no shipping fees, handling fees, or surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the total shipping cost (which is $0.00 for shipping).

As stated in our Payment Policy, there are no optional fees. All costs are disclosed before purchase.

4. Order Processing and Cut-off Time

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Daily cut-off: To have your order processed on the same business day, you must place your order by 5:00 PM (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles time). Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next business day. For customers in Eastern Time (Delaware), this corresponds to approximately 8:00 PM ET depending on daylight saving; we use UTC-8 as a stable reference.
  • Example: An order placed at 4:00 PM UTC-8 on Monday will likely be processed Monday and shipped Tuesday. An order placed at 6:00 PM UTC-8 on Monday will be processed on Tuesday and shipped Wednesday.

5. Delivery and Service Exclusions

Free shipping does NOT include installation, assembly, unboxing, or in-home delivery services. Our carriers will deliver the package to your doorstep or mailbox as per standard delivery. Any additional services (e.g., inside delivery, unpacking) are not provided.

6. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you must report it according to our Refund Policy (72-hour window for damage).

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

8. No Hidden Fees

We do not charge any optional fees, handling fees, or surprise costs. The total you see at checkout (including any applicable taxes) is the final amount.
